A Comparison of the Capacity of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells for Cartilage Regeneration Depending on Collagen-Based Injectable Biomimetic Scaffold Type

چکیده

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) have shown a high potential for cartilage repair. Collagen-based scaffolds are used to deliver and retain at the site of damage. The aim work was comparative analysis capacity MSCs from human adipose tissue differentiate into chondrocytes in vitro stimulate regeneration articular an experimental model rabbit knee osteoarthrosis when cultured on microheterogenic collagen-based hydrogel (MCH) microparticles decellularized porcine (DPC). morphology samples evaluated using scanning electron microscopy histological staining methods. On surface DPC, were distributed more uniformly than MCH surface. day 28, DPC produced glycosaminoglycans intensely compared with synthesis collagen type II. However, osteoarthrosis, stimulation effective administered carrier. present study demonstrates way regulate action area regeneration: is conducive stimulating repair by MSCs, while inducer formation cartilage-like vitro.

Healing Potential of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Cultured on a Collagen-Based Scaffold for Skin Regeneration

Background: Wound healing of burned skin remains a major goal in public health. Previous reports showed that the bone marrow stem cells were potent in keratinization and vascularization of full thickness skin wounds. Methods: In this study, mesenchymal stem cells were derived from rat adipose tissues and characterized by flowcytometry. Staining methods were used to evaluate their differentiatio...

Collagen scaffold enhances the regenerative properties of mesenchymal stromal cells

MSCs are widely applied to regenerate heart tissue in myocardial diseases but when grown in standard two-dimensional (2D) cultures exhibit limited potential for cardiac repair and develop fibrogenic features with increasing culture time. MSCs can undergo partial cardiomyogenic differentiation, which improves their cardiac repair capacity. When applied to collagen patches they may improve cardia...
