Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) have shown a high potential for cartilage repair. Collagen-based scaffolds are used to deliver and retain at the site of damage. The aim work was comparative analysis capacity MSCs from human adipose tissue differentiate into chondrocytes in vitro stimulate regeneration articular an experimental model rabbit knee osteoarthrosis when cultured on microheterogenic collagen-based hydrogel (MCH) microparticles decellularized porcine (DPC). morphology samples evaluated using scanning electron microscopy histological staining methods.
